2. Research Hub Usage

2.1 Open Access Layer

The Research Hub provides public access to biological data. Users are permitted to utilize these tools for legitimate scientific discovery. Any attempt to use our resources for malicious software development or unethical biological research is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Ethical Conduct

Users must adhere to global ethical standards for biological research. You agree not to use the OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD platform for any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws regarding genomic privacy or biological safety.

3. Professional Programs

3.1 Internship Enrollment

Participation in paid internships or certified workshops is subject to a selection process. OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD reserves the right to terminate any internship agreement for breach of professional conduct or failure to meet academic milestones.

3.2 Intellectual Property

Tools and algorithms developed by OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD remain our property. However, researchers retain ownership of original discoveries made using our platform, provided they attribute the OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD toolset in resulting publications.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Perform automated "scraping" or excessive data extraction that compromises system stability.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our private data layers or administrative backend.
• Misrepresent findings generated through the OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD Research Hub.

5. Limitation of Liability

OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD provides tools "as is." While we strive for absolute accuracy in bioinformatics datasets, we are not liable for any research inaccuracies, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of our open-source resources.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our API endpoints or professional portals if these terms are violated. Termination of access does not waive any legal rights OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD may have against the user.
